Ben was great, he knew the ins and outs of every house we went to. 10/10 I recommend anyone in South Florida who's looking for a home to contact him.
Thanks Ben

It has been a pleasure working with Josh and being able to support the progress of his projects. We truly appreciate the professionalism and collaboration throughout the process, which makes the coordination between the construction and structural engineering teams very smooth. We are always happy to support Josh and look forward to continuing our work together on future projects. We highly recommend Dotoli Development! - Project Classic

I had an outstanding experience working with Bridget as my realtor. She sold my townhome in downtown Fort Lauderdale in just 4 days, which speaks volumes about her knowledge of the market, pricing strategy, and marketing approach.
What made the experience even better is that she also represented me on the purchase of my new home in a brand-new development in Fort Lauderdale. Navigating both a sale and a new construction purchase at the same time can be complicated, but Bridget handled everything seamlessly. She was organized, responsive, and always one step ahead throughout the entire process.
Bridget truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
If you're looking to buy or sell in Fort Lauderdale, I highly recommend Bridget. She delivers results and makes the process enjoyable from start to finish!

Josh did a fantastic job selling our house. He really understands the market and priced our house appropriately . We had multiple offers the day it was listed.
