It has been a pleasure working with Josh and being able to support the progress of his projects. We truly appreciate the professionalism and collaboration throughout the process, which makes the coordination between the construction and structural engineering teams very smooth. We are always happy to support Josh and look forward to continuing our work together on future projects. We highly recommend Dotoli Development! - Project Classic

Josh did a fantastic job selling our house. He really understands the market and priced our house appropriately . We had multiple offers the day it was listed.

Dayana was our agent when we purchased our Florida home. We are snowbirds and rent our home when we are not there. Since we purchased 7 years ago she has always found us a tenant for the off season. She goes way beyond just finding someone. She has helped with cleaning people, handy persons, checking during storms and negotiating everything to make a deal work. When we are ready to sell there will be no other choice in who we use. Choosing an agent can be overwhelming. I just helped you with that; you are welcome. 😊
