The proximity to schools (albeit of varying quality), shopping centers, recreational centers, and services are huge pluses. However, I would be aware of potential rush-hour traffic and would consider thoroughly inspecting the materials and finishes as this is a new build. Ultimately, I think this living experience would be comfortable, modern, and well-connected, ideal for those seeking a balance between suburban tranquility and convenient access to everything Central Florida has to offer
