Apartment can be held for up to 30 days from application date. Very small boutique community with 8 retail spaces on the ground floor to include a 24-hour CVS, Starbucks, Several Restaurants, ATT Wireless and Smoke Shop. Whole foods directly across the street and the metro mover is one block away. 7-minute walk to Bayside Marketplace, 10-minute walk to Brickell City Center and a 15-minute drive/Uber to South Beach. Flagler street is one block over along with dozens of local bars and restaurants within walking distance. The building has onsite management. The apartment has upgraded champagne washed hardwood flooring, smart home tech package with Nest thermostat and WiFi light switches , in unit Bosch front loading washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, thermal pane noise cancelling windows and granite countertops. No pool or gym but Kinema Fitness* is across the street currently offers $0 enrollment if you enroll within 2 weeks of moving in and discounted membership rates for residents of the Atrium. The Epic hotel* next door also offers a membership package for our residents that allows gym access (to include classes), pool access and spa discounts for $99 per month. *Pricing is subject to change. Lease term: 13 months Parking: $160 per month per vehicle + tax (If needed) Discounted rate is for the garage attached to the back of the building. We do not own the garage. Water is sub-metered, and you only pay for what you use. Trash – $25 per month Cable & Internet is at the tenants cost if needed.
