Retail space with showroom up front and large inventory area in back. Two restrooms, two HVAC – both replaced 2019. The space was formerly occupied by a tenant who sold and repaired business machines such as copiers, cash registers, printers, computers and antique typewriters. The space is divided into a front showroom type area (approx 1/3) and a back area that was used for inventory and repair area (approx 2/3). There are two bathrooms. The landlord is willing to either provide a credit for paint, flooring and some other miscellaneous repairs to tenant during initial buildout or conduct these improvements themselves. If the new tenant prefers to handle paint, flooring, etc. while in the process of making their other improvements, landlord will provide a credit to the tenant.
