Cypress Lakes is a 55+ gated community and is very well kept. The home is large and bright and the inside has been freshly painted. The kitchen has all appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer in the garage. In addition to the living room is a large family room with a pass-thru to the kitchen. The development has a clubhouse, pool, golf, tennis, many clubs and activities. Rent includes basic cable and internet. There is a $100 application fee and the association will perform tenant screening. Tenants are not permitted pets per Plat 2 association.
