Landlord requires the first, security and1/3 of the last month’s rent to move in ($5,834.00). The other 2/3 of the last month’s rent can be paid in two installments over the next two months ($833.00 added to the regular rent for the 2nd and 3rd months). The security deposit is fully refundable upon termination of the lease after a walk throughinspection.Tenants will have access to the south side of the detached garage for use of the laundry facilities (the washer and dryer were left by a previous tenant and new tenants are free to use them). If these machines should break down or need repair the landlord will not be responsible for their repair.
